Location: intersection of Central Avenue and Rydin Road (near El Cerrito BART – if arriving on BART, ride ½ mile west towards the bay). If driving, park at the nearby Costco.

Distance: 42 miles

Skill: moderate distance, no big hills
Route: heads north following the bay from El Cerrito to Point Pinole and the Casquinez bridge.
