Our intention for this ride is to open up to the possibility of practicing Mindfulness continuously in our daily life. While walking, doing dishes, or cycling we can be Mindful. We will ride segments of the ride in silence in order to explore meditation in motion. The overarching spirit of the ride is to cultivate Mindfulness in order to create the conditions for the positive qualities of generosity of spirit, kindness, and compassion to naturally arise.
