Ride the Pilgrimage in style with our First Edition BBP Jersey!
2023 was the first year we offered a BBP Jersey and it was available to order whether you were attending the pilgrimage or not!
Our mission at DharmaWheels is to offer the pilgrimage to all regardless of means, in an attempt to make the jersey more accessible we kept the price near cost at $68.00.
For those in need of financial support in purchasing a Jersey or if a pilgrim wanted to offer support to another pilgrim, we offered our Kalyana Mitta Jersey Program below.
Stay tuned for news regarding future orders. In general, once we reach a minimum order amount, the order will be placed and those that ordered jerseys will be notified. If at any time prior to order notification you wish a receive a refund, please let us know at email@example.com
About the Jersey
Our jersey design features a sunrise gradient that reflects the many colors of Buddhist monastic robes.
The flame of the main back design represents the energy of the practice propelling us towards the distant horizon, the side accents echoing the curve of our handlebars.
On the pocket is our DharmaWheels logo and motto, “Turning our wheels for the Dharma.”
On the front is our Buddhist Bicycle Pilgrimage Logo representing our path to practice.
This high-quality custom Classic Jersey is handcrafted in the USA by Voler.
It uses lightweight moisture wicking AMP fabric, with UPF 28+ protection and 3 rear pockets for storage and features a Club Cut which provides a looser fit for extra comfort, and longer length in the back for coverage in the riding position.
The Kalyana Mitta Jersey Program
The theme of the 2023 Buddhist Bicycle Pilgrimage was Karuna, the compassionate support of others through empathy.
In this spirit, we offer this opportunity to support your fellow pilgrims.
Pilgrims may request financial support to purchase a jersey at lower cost or no cost.
Your tax-deductible donation to the KM Jersey fund will support KM Jersey requests.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) – all proceeds above our costs are donated to our host centers.
